Laa an der Thaya – the square with its face preserved since the 13th century, the Town Hall in the square was built to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the rule of the Emperor Franz Joseph I, the Old Town Hall from the mid-13th century (now housing the Regional Museum), an educational trail along the town wall, the thermal spa of Laa.
Stronsdorf – the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary (Maria Himmelfahrt) with an organ made by the Brno organ maker Jan Výmola.
Gaubitsch – a remarkable parish church dedicated to St. Stephen.
